Leather breast collar is 2" wide with 3/4" tugs and tie down.  The leather is tooled and it is contoured to give a perfect fit.
Standard shipping to the lower 48 states only.
I can ship to AK, HI and PR but via priority mail only... sorry.
I accept returns for any reason as long as it's returned in the same unused condition.
