This roll comes to us as surplus of a local Holiday Inn Express (now Best Western).  They are remodeling, and this is one of the
remaining
rolls of spare wallpaper they kept on hand in case it was needed.
This is a full roll of wallpaper with an identifying label.  We also have one slightly used partial roll
(see our other listings),
that allowed us to shoot pictures of the wallpaper closeups shown above.  Label info:
Pattern: AZ51512, Name: Mezzo, Yards: 30, this is a reversible random match pattern SSP350, 2 yards added when splice and tape appear in this roll, manufactured by J. Josephson Inc, Symphony Wallcovering, Made in USA
.  I was unable to find this particular wallcovering in my research - it appears to be discontinued.  The pattern is a goldenrod yellow, with subtle brown tone crosshatching, and with a lightly textured surface.  Please see the pictures for more details.

unused roll is
30 yards long.  The paper is 54.75" wide x 30 yards, which equals 410.6 square feet, or 405 square feet if 54" wide x 30 yards long is used for the calculation.
The ends and the last bit of this roll is soiled as shown from sitting in storage.  There are other signs of age and storage condition as well to the outer portion.  Aside from that, it is in new and unused condition.
To keep shipping costs to a minimum, we will wrap this item with commercial shipping stretch wrap and ship it unboxed.  If you want it boxed, please message us for a shipping quote.
