This is Elgato Game Capture HD. It allows up to 1080p30 video capture from an unencrypted(non-HDCP) HDMI source at 30Mbps bitrate.(it can capture 60fps @ 720p or lower)
Game Capture HD has a built-in H.264 encoder so it allows for a master copy to be recorded separate from the streaming video.
It comes with the following:
