Irish Ring Dish, souvenir w/ Leprechaun, vintage

Description

This ring dish from Ireland is made out of plaster or ceramic.   Leprechaun is made out of vinyl/rubber.  This item looks like it was hand painted.  It stands approx. 2.5" high.  Leprechaun is attached with a plastic plug in the back, see photo 3.   Dish has a price sticker on the bottom.  Dish has some paint chipping along the bottom, see photo 6.   Please see photos to verify condition.  Sorry, I do not ship outside U.S.A. at this time.
