    Description

    Unusual bird 8" x 9" Hand stitched Folk Art Mola is framed by a handwoven Central American textile. Mola is from part of a collection purchased during the 1980's from a Santa Fe, NM gallery and is high quality in design and skill of stitching. It was created by a women artist on San Blass Islands and not semi-mass produced in Panama as many are today. It is like new and has been conserved as part of an art textile collection.
