DESCRIPTION
Rare set of twelve black and white photograph portraits of " The Hunger Games Catching Fire" characters. Depicting all the major characters from the hit movie this rare presentation set is number 10 of a limited edition of 45 which appears to have been made for members of the crew in 2013. This was presented in a specially designed embossed box by the artist Tim Palen, signed and numbered and dated by him on the frontispiece page. This portfolio includes an envelope which contains a pair of white gloves which are to be used when handling the archival paper photographic prints. There is also a dedication note addressed to the recipient in an Tim Palen embossed envelope.
Tim Palen’s evocative and powerful photographs of the cast from The Hunger Games is a result of his unique relationship with each of the actors over the course of the filming of the series allowed him to capture each of them with striking intimacy and to transform the high-octane adventure of the films into exquisite visual art.
