Prussian WW2 military patch? possibly coast guard lighthouse above crown?

Description

A patch 5 1/2” high x 3 3/4” wide, weighs 1.25 ounces on silver metallic fabric with an eagle in various gold metal threads wearing a crown and possibly a lighthouse on top of the crown, surrounded by white embroidered feathers and one black embroidered feather.  It is believed to be Prussian but can’t be sure.  It was found in the souvenirs of a WW2 deceased soldier.  It is beautiful, old, rare, in good condition and extremely well made, probably sown by hand.  It would look great on a blazer or jean jacket.
