Teskey's Basket Stamped Leather Breast Collar 23453

Description

Nice used condition Teskey's basket stamped leather breast collar. Double ply and stitched. It was very dirty, I gave it a once over but could still use some more cleaning. Each chest strap is 16-1/2" x 1-3/8". I'm not sure if something is missing in the middle or if it's just the front side of a rivet.
