Vintage Fly fishing lure

Found in a estate sale. Wood large red & white fly fishing lure . I do not know anything about fly fishing lure. Is in good condition. Looks to be old and wood Possible never fished with ?? Can tell it is old & NICE. Fly fisherman & collector will know what it is.  Selling no reserve.
